Was quoted one price for a garage door opener. Then after the job was told oh by the way we had to add a $139 bracket and it took longer than expected so we are charging you more labor. Tech could not get wi-fi working on the opener either. Job was quoted to take 1.5 hours, took 5 hours. A professional organization would stick by the quote. This is one is unprofessional, would not recommend.

It's very reassuring to know that Precision has 24/7 coverage. Brad called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Did a comprehensive inspection of my garage door and then explained in great detail what needed to be done to get the system back in working condition. Our technician, Bret, did an amazing job in a crisis situation. He was there the day after I called for service, and repaired a commercial-grade garage door at our home after a major flood.
