Jonaton was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem which included broken springs, worn pulley bearings and a burned out opener. He repaired our door and installed our new Liftmaster promptly and made several final adjustments to ensure its smooth operation.

We purchased our garage door from Precision a little over a year and a half ago. I was very pleased with the sales rep, the installers, and the looks of the door but decided to wait until we needed service to review the company. That did not happen until today, which in itself speaks for the quality of the door. After I couldn't seem to get it to respond, I called for service. Tim came to check out my problem. It turned out that I didn't have a problem and there was no repair required nor charge made. Now that's good service! The door is working great and we continue to be very happy with it.

I am very happy with my garage door. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable and worked non-stop until the complete job was done. This is my second time using Precision. The first time, an electric gate opener was installed. Everything has been very professional. From start, Josh coming out, writing up the plan of action to actually getting it installed. Was quoted one price for a garage door opener. Then after the job was told oh by the way we had to add a $139 bracket and it took longer than expected so we are charging you more labor. Tech could not get wi-fi working on the opener either. Job was quoted to take 1.5 hours, took 5 hours. A professional organization would stick by the quote. This is one is unprofessional, would not recommend.

It's very reassuring to know that Precision has 24/7 coverage. Brad called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Did a comprehensive inspection of my garage door and then explained in great detail what needed to be done to get the system back in working condition. He worked quickly and efficiently and had the door operational within an hour. I would recommend Precision to my friends.
