The company does not charge for determining the cost of repairs. It didn't determine whether I would hire them, but it gave them the first bid. Eli came out and offered a price I was expecting (based on a Google search of prices). He not only fixed my garage door, but he also tweaked a couple of other things for me at no extra charge. I was assured if I had any problems going forward, I was covered for the things he did. I was very pleased with Eli's professionalism and quality of his work.

Kameron was very efficient and told me everything about what he was doing with the door. Gave me tips on how I could improve it and how to oil the rollers. He was really a great help to me and I appreciate all he did and right on time

The WORST customer service. I had an appointment from 8-12 on Monday morning. I received an email at 8:00 AM stating the technician would be at my home between 8 and 10 AM. I called a little before 10 and was told I was moved to 10-12 noon and the technician would be calling me soon saying he was on his way. At 12 noon I called and they would check with the technician to see where he was. I called again at 1PM. I was told they would check and call me back. I called at 2 PM and was told they would have the technician call me. Cameron, the technician, finally called at 2:57 PM and said he was on his way and would be at my house in 5 minutes. 45 minutes later I called him. He said he was given the wrong address but was on his way. He finally showed up at 3:52 with no apology just his excuse that he was over worked and over booked and too busy to call to let me know he would be late. Zero communication. Showing up 6 hours past the email stated time with no communication from the technician or the office is inexcusable.

We called this morning, one of the coldest days, so far with rain, snow sleet, and Precision came out to fix our garage door. We had a broken spring. The technician did a great job and very nice.

Gate operator service: Poor consultation during first appointment. I was told I needed the bigger batteries for the gate opener. I was told these were lift master batteries, and had to be ordered and they were expensive. After doing some research after the work was done, I discovered I was overcharged by more double… I would not recommend this company for service. Dishonest! Learned my lesson for not sitting on things for a day or two to do research before I had them do some work. Also, they did not even check the solar panel to make sure that it was doing its job.

Yes, your employees were courteous and respectful. I called Tuesday after hours and Cameron came the next day. He was very knowledgeable and, while he was evaluating the issue I was having, answered all my questions about the mechanics of the garage door. Unfortunately for me, I need a new garage door which I’m hoping will be installed tomorrow. I chose your company because of the excellent 5-star reviews!!! My garage door company recently closed.

This morning I first called both Overhead Door and Veteran Garage Door Repair. They were unable to send someone today, so I called Precision. The young man who came knew exactly what needed to be done and completed the work in about 15 minutes. I’ll call Precision first next time!

I was very distressed to find my garage door would not stay closed this morning. Since it was Sunday, I was concerned I would have to pay more for service. The folks at Precision assured me a technician would come to my home on Sunday afternoon and address the problem. My technician's name is Ian Guidry. He showed up early, fixed the problem quickly and was courteous and professional. He explained what happened and how it was fixed. I was relieved that my garage door was fixed quickly. Precision is a very professional organization and Ian was awesome!!!

Tryton Coe and his assistant came to our house a couple of days ago to fix our broken overhead garage door. They were both courteous, competent, friendly, and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before they left (not just the broken spring we started with). My tech arrived on time following a phone call 30 mins prior. He lubricated the chain, and turned a screw to adjust the stopping point, then told me it would be $450 for the 4 minutes of "work". I told him that was preposterous. He discounted it $100 under protest. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere for gate repairs. No where do they state that these fees are mandatory if they show up. Furious...

I thought they would have been reasonably price..... but I think they over charged my parents .... cost them over$1000 .... yes Over One Thousand Dollars got s new garage door system.... they took advantage over senior adults.... please do not use this company... will tell everyone Never to use this company....
