Called for service at 10am, appt made for 2-4pm. The technician, Raymond called me prior to advise he was on the way and how far away he was. Arrived right on time. Went through the details of my service and of course gave some advice on what else could be done but did not pressure me to have any other service unless I chose to. Finished the job and walked me through the finished product. GREAT JOB! Will call again!
