Excellent service, the technicians were professional, courteous and explained the entire process to me of what needed to be repaired and why. They even took the time to show me a new part versus the warn part on the door. I did not feel they were trying to over sell me on anything, but wanted to make sure all parts were up to standard. First of all, Precision gets an "A+" for being readily available on a Sunday which also happened to be a holiday. Having Tim as our technician was the icing on the cake. He contacted us prior to his arrival, which happened to be earlier than scheduled. I called Precision when my garage door failed to open. From the telephone call to the handshake at the end, it was a classy experience. My technician, Tim, showed up and was very professional. He walked me through the issue, made recommendations on the various options I had. He was in and out in less than an hour. Everything looked as if he were never here when he left. He even told me about a coupon that was available that I was unaware of, waiving the labor charge. This is the definition of INTEGRITY. It obvious this is a great company, with a fantastic set of expectations for its employees. I would recommend Precision without a doubt.
