Spring broke and I called to repair, they showed up timely and were very courteous. I was quoted quickly and was even offered a discount on the spot. The base cost of the materials was to high, I had to replace myself, not what I wanted to do. For under $100.00 both 25,000 cycle springs, new bearing, and tools to install. Compared to $350.00 well the choice was easy.

Outstanding, The garage door broke (spring broke door inoperable) at 3:25 on Saturday. I made the call to Precision and was told the repairman would be there in 30 minutes.. and OMG he did show up in 30 Minutes !!!. Tim was very courteous, professional, and a good communicator.. he described the problem and the fix. He repaired the broken door and our other door as well.. He was gone by 6. Absolutely amazing!!! Imagine, no hassle, on time, professional, hard worker, in and out.. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Doors

Had an emergency and noticed the 24/7 availability when googling. Had also called other companies but went with you guys because of the professionalism and customer service. Joshua is a knowledgeable technician, explained how the door came to be off track and quickly repaired the door. From the panic call late the evening before until he departed everyone was extremely professional, friendly and extremely willing to help. Called Precision Door after discovering our "inexpensive" (read: "cheap") ten year old screw-drive garage door opener and finally turned its last revolution. A technician was scheduled for first thing the next morning morning. The following morning, Raymond called at 7:30am and told me he was on his way. He was at the house by 8:00, did an expert job trouble shooting the issue. Repairing the old system would be as costly (if not more so) than a new one, so we went with a new system. He explained the differences and refreshingly did NOT try to sell me the most expensive thing on the truck. He was done in an hour and our new system works like a charm! I'd definitely call Precision Door again. They're professional, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful.

Arrived on time, fixe the issue within 30 minutes. Had an issue with an electric sliding gate that goes across my driveway. I am very impressed with the service and demeanor of the technician.
