I contacted Precision through website, then received return call in 5 minutes. Tech showed up in 2 hours from initial contact. He explained me what happened in existing motor. It made great sense. Then he recommended a couple of options. I picked second option - replace entire motor and peripheral of his recommendation, instead of fixing existing. Tech completed all jobs in 2 hours as he promised, with very clean installation. I was really impressed the responsiveness and quality of the service. Highly recommended.

They get 1 star because I could not give them 0. The technician tried to up sell my why equipment and service we did not need and then did not show up for the installation appointment. We cancelled and bought a garage door opener at Home Depot and had it installed, it cos less than half of what Precision quoted.

These people are crooked! I had a technician come to my house for a simple reprogramming of my garage door opener and remotes. He told me that the opener, which was only 4 years old, had to be replaced, and presented me with an estimate for over $1000.00 to replace the opener. I was charged $149 for the visit. I had another company come the next day and tell me there was absolutely nothing wrong with the opener.

The service was PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, and more Punctual than I expected. I had with down a list of gate repairs only to be told that they could not squeeze me in until next week. I originally made the mistake of calling a different repair company who literally never showed up at my house! I then called Precision and a technician was at my house an hour later! My technician; Tim, called to let me know he was on the way. Tim was awesome! Very personable and showed me exactly what was wrong with my opener and what to look for it the future. He had everything fixed very quickly. I couldn't be happier. I now have a Precision sticker in my garage and wont make the mistake again of calling anywhere else!

Our spring broke on Monday, December 23th, I called and made an appointment for Wednesday 26th, the tech called me when he was on the way, about 45 minutes out. Showed up on time, looked at the spring, quoted me a price and explained what he would be doing. He started with removal of old broken spring, had the new one in place in short order. He noticed that the door was closing too hard and causing door arm to kink up. He fixed this too and reset opener. Excellent service, very fair pricing, tech very knowledgeable. I will be using precision garage door service.
