Our technician, Bret, did an amazing job in a crisis situation. He was there the day after I called for service, and repaired a commercial-grade garage door at our home after a major flood. We were certain going in that the door was going to have to be replaced, but he was able to save us from that expense. He's a great guy - and it's a great company.

The spring was broken on our garage door. I called to get information and was able to schedule an estimate for the next day, which was a Saturday. Tim (our technician) called at the beginning of his arrival time window to let me know what time he would arrive at our house. He showed up right on time. Tim was very professional and prepared. He fully explained all of the options we had for repairing our garage door to the best working condition. He was not trying to sell me things that I did not need. I had many questions, he answered all of them. I felt very comfortable about the choice I made for the repairs with his help. I went with the garage door over haul because it seemed like the best option for our garage door. Tim finished all the repairs within an hour. I love that it did not take half the day. He showed me everything he did and it looked great. But the best part was my garage door works again! He even showed me some tips after he was done so I can make sure everything is working properly and will not cause the motor to wear out faster than it should. I would recommend Tim and Precision Doors to anyone!

We had major issues with our garage door on a Sunday. Precision was able to get us an appointment that day. Tim arrived on time (early, actually) after calling to let us know he was on the way. He inspected the door and advised us of the best, most cost-effective way to repair. Tim completed the repairs in about an hour, and was professional and polite during the time he was at our home. We especially appreciated how careful he was to watch for our indoor-only cats when coming and going from his truck. We would absolutely use Precision again, or recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.
