Found on internet when in a hurry. 5 star rating. Came same morning. Excellent customer service from technicians. Diagnosed problem, very old opener system failing, installed new system in 45 minutes. When they discovered hornets' nest when leaving, insisted on taking my spray can and spraying for me to protect me. I'm a senior citizen. Couldn't ask for more.

I chose Precision Door because they were well rated and available same-day on Sunday when I discovered the spring had broken. The tech arrived as scheduled. We had an issue with a broken hinge and roller such that our door was stuck half open and we couldn't get in our out of the garage. Precision was able to schedule a repair the same day on a Sunday afternoon. Nick was able to respond ahead of schedule and repair our heavy wood double door, tune and adjust it so now it works better than when it was new.

Bo was the name of my installer . Let me tell you; Bo was the BEST!! He is very knowledgeable and very professional. Still a gentleman in these days and time. Bo, took off his hat when greeting my wife and was oh so very kind and nice. Very hard worker and was the job to be done right! Even if takes him a bit longer; he never cut any corners. Overall. Great job and I will certainly recommend you all to my friends.

WOW WOW Eli gave excellent advice that the garage opener and bearings needed to be replaced. The opener was 33 years old so it was time to replace the opener and bearings and springs. He was very friendly and did a great job/work performance. I will contact your company and ask for him if any repairs are needed in the future.

The company does not charge for determining the cost of repairs. It didn't determine whether I would hire them, but it gave them the first bid. Eli came out and offered a price I was expecting (based on a Google search of prices). He not only fixed my garage door, but he also tweaked a couple of other things for me at no extra charge. I was assured if I had any problems going forward, I was covered for the things he did. I was very pleased with Eli's professionalism and quality of his work.
