Hello, my name is Timothy. I’m 31 years old and originally from Hot Spring, Arkansas. I moved to the beautiful State of Texas for an amazing opportunity with Precision Door Service. Some of my hobbies include working on classic cars, hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles. I come from a long line of construction worker. Precision door gave me a two hour window and were very prompt. Tim, the technician, was very personable and provided excellent customer service. He took time to explain all of my options and carefully examined any issues with my garage door. After I chose my option, Tim went straight to work and did a great job. The two gentlemen that came and installed the new garage door system where highly professional, explained my options with my existing opener, made their recommendations, which I accepted. They installed the new system in a very timely fashion and explained it's operations to me. While I can not comment on it's long term durability, I am very satisfied with what has been done!

Had some minor issues a couple months after install and needed a service visit. Originally I was to be charged for the visit, but after expressing concerns about performance of garage door, service man made a call and had service visit fee waived.....I appreciated him listening and not just ignoring my concerns..

We had major issues with our garage door on a Sunday. Precision was able to get us an appointment that day. Tim arrived on time (early, actually) after calling to let us know he was on the way. He inspected the door and advised us of the best, most cost-effective way to repair. Tim completed the repairs in about an hour, and was professional and polite during the time he was at our home. We especially appreciated how careful he was to watch for our indoor-only cats when coming and going from his truck. We would absolutely use Precision again, or recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

I can't believe how fast the tech was. He answered all my questions. Polite, precise and responsive. Explained why the changes needed to be made on my doors ( I just purchased this older home and I knew it needed to be updated. Anyway, I would highly recommend this company to you. I will have to have them back to finish the other door soon.

I called Precision when my garage door failed to open. From the telephone call to the handshake at the end, it was a classy experience. My technician, Tim, showed up and was very professional. He walked me through the issue, made recommendations on the various options I had. He was in and out in less than an hour. Everything looked as if he were never here when he left. He even told me about a coupon that was available that I was unaware of, waiving the labor charge. This is the definition of INTEGRITY. It obvious this is a great company, with a fantastic set of expectations for its employees. I would recommend Precision without a doubt.

The technician who came to the house today was very prompt, courteous and professional. He explained in detail differences with warranties, etc. and then proceeded to fix the problem. He was finished in a very short time. Great service!
