Truth be told, I randomly selected them last February when I needed a new garage door opener motor. They installed quickly and got me up and running. But the true value from Precision was more obvious when there was an issue. Michelle and Marco worked tirelessly to make sure my issue was resolved, and I dare say I'm better off now than I was before the issue even began. Top notch! I'll recommend them to anyone with a gate or a garage!

This was a new company for me and I was kind of nervous about using them. No need! Marco was the most professional. He truly wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable with work and that all my questions and concerns were answered. He made me feel like he truly cared about me and doing a good job. Found on internet when in a hurry. 5 star rating. Came same morning. Excellent customer service from technicians. Diagnosed problem, very old opener system failing, installed new system in 45 minutes. When they discovered hornets' nest when leaving, insisted on taking my spray can and spraying for me to protect me. I'm a senior citizen. Couldn't ask for more.

I chose Precision Door because they were well rated and available same-day on Sunday when I discovered the spring had broken. The tech arrived as scheduled. I wasn’t happy about having to spend money on new garage doors. I am happy about choosing Precision for the job. Was quoted a fair price right off the bat. Once all the new equipment came in, I had 3 new doors, new rails and new openers installed the same day, and they hauled off all the old stuff. We had an issue with a broken hinge and roller such that our door was stuck half open and we couldn't get in our out of the garage. Precision was able to schedule a repair the same day on a Sunday afternoon. Nick was able to respond ahead of schedule and repair our heavy wood double door, tune and adjust it so now it works better than when it was new.

Bo was the name of my installer . Let me tell you; Bo was the BEST!! He is very knowledgeable and very professional. Still a gentleman in these days and time. Bo, took off his hat when greeting my wife and was oh so very kind and nice. Very hard worker and was the job to be done right! Even if takes him a bit longer; he never cut any corners. Overall. Nick did a great job of fixing our Garage door. Nice and friendly and explained what he was going to do to fix the issue. You can count on Nick to fix your Garage door issues. The next comments are for Precision Overhead Door company. I was charged $20 for gas. I was also charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. None of these things were done in the past. Just something to think about if you decide to use Precision Overhead Door company. The service itself was awesome which is why I gave them a five star rating. I just never heard of a company like this charging the credit card fee and charging for gas as well. Interesting.
